How do I make a purchase and make payment?
You can click the cart in the upper right corner of your screen to view your shopping cart or proceed to checkout.
On the checkout page, review the items in your cart, confirm your shipping address, select your payment method before placing the order.
When you’re ready, click the button that says “Complete Order" and we’ll send you an email confirming your order.
How long does it take to get my order?
Once your order has been confirmed, it will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days*.
If the item(s) you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified.
In such cases, you may opt for the following options:
- Wait for the items to arrive and regular updates will be provided
- Replace the item with another product
- Request for a refund
*Delivery time may be longer during festive seasons and special occasions. You will be notified in advance if delivery will take > 3 days.
How much is delivery?
Orders over S$50 are delivered for free!
All other orders less than S$50 will be delivered at a flat rate of S$8.
How do I purchase and enquire about products not listed on the website?
WhatsApp us at (+65) 88318816 or email us at email@example.com to enquire about products you wish to buy but are not listed on the website.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Payments via PayNow and GrabPay are preferred.
I have a discount code. How do I apply it?
Applying a discount code is simple!
At checkout, simply type the code into the box that says “Discount Code”
Then, click the button that says “Apply” and the discount will be reflected immediately.
How do I request for a refund or exchange?
Our return policy is simple and worry-free: you can return them within 7 days of purchase. Refund or exchange requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp message to (+65) 88318816 with your order number.
We do not accept refund or exchange on products that have been used.
However, if the goods you received is incorrect or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for you or provide a refund.
