EXCHANGE

You have 7 calendar days to request for a replacement of the item(s) from the date you received your order. 

Once your request is approved, Elfa Pet Supplies will arrange within 5 working days to re-deliver the item(s) and for the returned item(s) to be collected together.

If there is any overpayment due to pricing difference of the returned and exchanged products, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. Otherwise, the amount will be credited to the PayNow number that you have provided.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your payment processing provider or card issuer's policies.

For shortfall in payment due to pricing difference of the returned and exchanged products, we will send you a link via email to make the full payment.

 

REFUND

You have 7 calendar days to request for a refund from the date you received your order. 

Once we have received the item(s), we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item(s).

Next, we will notify you on the status of your refund within 5 working days after inspecting the item(s).

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. Otherwise, the amount will be credited to your PayNow number.

You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your payment processing provider or card issuer's policies.

 

CRITERIA FOR REFUND/EXCHANGE

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the following criteria must be met:

Food Items (Used)

  • A clear photo and details of the product must be provided
  • If possible, do not dispose and return the product to us
  • Order number and reason for refund/exchange must be provided

Food Items (Unused)

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Order number and reason for refund/exchange must be provided

Non-food Items

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging
  • Order number and reason for refund/exchange must be provided

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL EXCHANGE REQUESTS WILL BE REVIEWED ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS AND AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ELFA PET SUPPLIES.

 

DELIVERY FEES

Elfa Pet Supplies will be responsible for the collection and delivery of the item(s) for refund or exchange upon approval of such requests.

If you are shipping the items on your own initiative for refund or exchange, you will be responsible for paying for the delivery fee incurred for returning the item(s). 

Delivery fees are non-refundable. If you are due for a refund, the cost of such delivery fees will not be reimbursed and added to your refund amount.
